A new study reveals how an active component of green tea disrupts the metabolism of cancer cells in pancreatic cancer, offering an explanation for its effect on reducing risk of cancer and slowing its progression. Green tea contains antioxidants which are believed to help prevent cancer.
Some chemicals found in grape extract and in grape skins are currently being studied for possible uses in the prevention and treatment of cancer.
